One service, one clear trust centre. This page applies to elblot.com and play.elblot.com. It is a plain-language guide. The complete Privacy Policy and Terms of Use remain the controlling documents if a summary here differs from their full wording.
Privacy Policy
ElBlot processes only the information reasonably needed to provide, secure, review, and improve its websites and browser-based Baloot service.
Depending on how you use the Service, this may include:
- standard website and security information, such as IP address, time, requested page, browser, operating system, language, referrer, and security events;
- account, authentication, and session information required for sign-in and room access;
- your public username, nickname, profile icon, level badge, gameplay statistics, and MMR standing;
- preset PAL ownership and selection, PAL POINTS activity, LEVEL POINTS, room membership, rankings, wins, losses, and enforcement events;
- game actions, scores, referee outcomes, inactivity reports, technical connection events, and records needed to operate or review a match; and
- the name, email address, subject, and message submitted through the contact form.
Public player pages may display the public identity and competition information described in the Privacy Policy. ElBlot does not publish a player’s total LEVEL POINTS balance.
ElBlot does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, or support providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, or disclosed when required by law or needed to protect users and the Service.
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the relevant operational, security, competition, dispute, and legal purposes. Persistent account, progression, ranking, completed-match, and enforcement records may be retained to provide the Service and preserve an auditable competition history.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating, deletion, restriction, or information about personal data associated with you. Some requests require identity verification, and some records may need to be retained for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or protection of other users.
Terms of Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept the Terms of Use before using ElBlot.
Games are governed by the rule profile, table settings, and engine version identified by the Service. The learning guides explain the game, but the detailed ElBlot rules and authoritative game record control where a guide is simplified.
You are responsible for the actions taken from your seat, including purchases, card plays, project announcements, claims, and challenges. A control appearing in the interface does not by itself mean that using it is valid under the rules.
ElBlot remains a developing service. Features may be added, changed, tested, paused, or removed. A technical fault, incomplete match, valid referee ruling, or rule correction may change, cancel, or settle a deal, Sakka, score, rank, or result.
Ranked or prize rooms apply only when they are specifically opened and may include published level, date, capacity, region, fair-play, or verification requirements. Unless separate competition rules expressly state otherwise, ElBlot prize competitions are intended to be free to enter and are not funded by player wagers.
The Service, software, original text, visual design, graphics, logos, and platform features are owned by or licensed to ElBlot. “Baloot” is the name of the traditional card game; ElBlot does not claim ownership of the game itself.
The Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to the user.
Fair Play Policy
ElBlot is designed so competition is based on the cards, lawful public information, and recorded table actions.
The built-in PAL may use only the information and abilities permitted by its published preset profile. It does not receive concealed opponent cards or private CAL or REF evidence. External bots, scripts, modified clients, exploits, or other unauthorized assistance are prohibited.
Players must not:
- cheat, collude, share concealed card information, or coordinate through unauthorized external channels;
- manipulate matchmaking, MMR, progression, rankings, rewards, or PAL statistics;
- intentionally exploit a technical fault or duplicate an action or reward;
- access or attempt to access another player’s session, room credentials, hidden cards, or private engine evidence;
- deliberately abandon or delay matches to harm other players; or
- submit knowingly false reports or rule claims.
Important observable actions and rule outcomes may be recorded so a match can be calculated and reviewed. Private engine evidence remains private and is not exposed to players or PALs.
A valid referee outcome, inactivity report, technical correction, or confirmed abuse may affect the deal, Sakka, score, MMR, LEVEL POINTS, rewards, eligibility, or access to the Service. The applicable game and room rules determine the exact result.
To report a gameplay or fair-play problem, use the ElBlot contact form and include the approximate time, room or match reference when available, and a clear description. Do not send private room credentials.
Community Guidelines
ElBlot uses controlled reactions and stickers instead of open table text chat. Public usernames, nicknames, profile images, reactions, and contact-form messages must still be respectful and lawful.
Do not use ElBlot to:
- threaten, harass, intimidate, or target another person;
- publish hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or unlawful material;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent eligibility;
- expose someone’s personal information or share a private room link without permission;
- promote scams, spam, malware, or deceptive offers; or
- evade a suspension or encourage another person to break these rules.
ElBlot may remove or restrict public content, preserve relevant evidence, cancel affected results, limit features, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, fair competition, or the Service.
Advertising Disclosure
Advertising cookies are not active at the date of this notice. ElBlot may later display advertising on eligible public pages or game modes to support operation of the Service.
If Google AdSense or another advertising provider is activated, that provider may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to deliver, limit, and measure advertising. The applicable privacy or consent interface will identify the active providers and choices required for the user’s location.
Advertising does not determine card distribution, CAL calculations, REF outcomes, PAL decisions, MMR, or match results. A paid or sponsored placement, if introduced, will be identified where required.
Displayed advertisements are supplied by their advertisers. ElBlot does not guarantee or endorse an advertiser’s product merely because an advertisement appears on the Service.
Free-entry prize rooms are governed by their published competition rules and are separate from advertising. They do not require a player wager or paid entry.
Manage Privacy Choices
Current status: ElBlot does not currently store an advertising-consent preference because advertising cookies and non-essential advertising storage are not active.
You can manage your information in the following ways:
- use your browser controls to view, block, or clear local website storage;
- understand that blocking essential authentication or room-session storage may prevent sign-in or multiplayer rooms from working correctly;
- use Google Ads Settings if Google advertising services are activated;
- submit a Privacy request to ask about access, correction, updating, deletion, restriction, or another available right; or
- stop using the Service if you do not accept the current policies.
Google Ads Settings control eligible Google advertising choices; they do not delete an ElBlot account, gameplay history, ranking, or enforcement record.
For privacy matters, choose Privacy request in the contact form. For questions about these policies, choose Legal question. ElBlot may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
