PAL abilities shape decisions made from legal table information. Books are the planned tactic layer; they are not active in gameplay yet.
Preset PAL Books
ElBlot will assign up to five fixed Books to each preset PAL. Players use that preset exactly as published and cannot change its Books.
Your future Book library
Books will be permanent unlocks bought with PAL POINTS. A player may own many Books, then equip up to five at a time on their own PAL and switch them later.
